Kicking off the 2016/17 season is Conrad Tao, a pianist and composer who has been dubbed a musician of “probing intellect and open-hearted vision” by the New York Times. He will be performing the deeply personal and thrilling Schumann Piano Concerto in a program that concludes with Elgar’s passionate Enigma Variations, his masterful love song to his wife and dearest friends.
